This course is ideal for court requirements, businesses, probation departments, human resources, law offices, diversion programs, families, couples and individuals. Our online Drug awareness class is an affordable, convenient and responsible way of learning how to better manage and control the tools you attain.
Drug Awareness Programs are designed for a population of non-sophisticated drug offenders, who enter a plea of guilty or nolo contender (no contest) to legally-specified drug related charges, or to other charges because of drugs. The offenders are ordered to participate in a program of drug education and basic counseling, generally for a period of about 3 12 months. They are also placed on DEJ probation, usually for 12-18 months, where their performance is monitored by a special DEJ Deputy Probation Officer or DPO. The DPOs monitor treatment progress, and monitor any new arrests, reporting it to the Court, and recommending potential, subsequent Court actions. Court Ordered Classes, upon participant request can provide the Probation Officer, along with the Court, Proof of Enrollment and Progress Reports for all of our enrolled participants.
Offenders satisfactorily completing DEJ probation additionally benefit by having their guilty or nolo pleas dismissed at the end of the probation term, relieving them of the legal obligation to report said conviction.
Following Proof of Enrollment appearances, defendants appear before the same Court for progress reports at intervals to be delivered by the Court. Please remember that Court Ordered Classes provides both you and the Court with Proof of Enrollment and Progress Reports for all of our enrolled Drug Awareness class participants. (The first progress report appearance is 28 days after enrollment; subsequent appearances are at the Court’s discretion, and depend on the quality of the defendant’s progress.)
DRUG COURT REVIEWS
Drug Court is a program designed to facilitate substance abuse recovery, through treatment, ongoing monitoring, and reinforcement. Statutorily eligible clients convicted of certain drug-related offenses that do not involve sales activity may be ordered to participate in this program at time of initial sentencing.
Drug Court combines essential substance abuse treatment with intensive probationary supervision, and frequent judicial monitoring of client progress through the course of treatment. Prescribed treatment may be residential or outpatient in nature, depending on needs of the client. In addition, treatment providers and probation officers administer urinalyses on random and as-needed bases, to consistently reinforce the recovery effort. Clients are seen frequently, in the field, and in the Probation Office, as officers provide all possible support and structure, to create optimal recovery incentive.
The specially-designated Drug Court is an integral part of the program. The same Judge monitors the client throughout the program, exhibiting a caring, ongoing concern about each client, and treatment participation/outcome. Upon satisfactory completion of the designated program, a formal graduation recognizing client efforts is held in the same Court, in a special evening proceeding. Recognition of this significant client accomplishment is an important, therapeutic part of the overall process.
Once again, Court Ordered Classes, upon participant request can provide the Probation Officer, along with the Court, Proof of Enrollment and Progress Reports for all of our enrolled Drug and Alcohol Awareness class participants. Offenders satisfactorily completing Drug and Alcohol probation additionally benefit by having their guilty or nolo pleas dismissed at the end of the probation term, relieving them of the legal obligation to report said conviction.

5 Star Domestic Violence Program
The classes were easy to understand and follow along and convenient. The employees were easy to work with. I highly recommend to everyone who's interested in bettering themselves and their relationships. The live in-person sessions were meaningful as a result of the director's guidance and the candid sharing throughout the group. I believe everyone can benefit from this Course as it has instructed that no one is perfect and there is always a better, more knowledgeable self that can be attained with some instruction, enlightenment, and active participation and engagement.
Very Informational, Easy to Use + Nice Staff
Thank goodness for courtorderedclasses.com! I highly recommend anyone in need of almost any class for either court or personal reasons to use them. I learned a lot, and it wasn't like super boring like some would think. I actually learned quite a bit about my topic and about myself. I also really loved that you can do it at your own pace at whatever time is most convenient for you. The site was also very user friendly. Thanks again, you guys are great!
This program was excellent. I was able to do it like a regular in person program which is just as well ..... There was no prejudgement made by courtorderedclasses staff. Classes were well constructed and the facilitators of the live group sessions were very knowledgeable and involved the participants in discussions.
High Intensity Parenting
You do not need a court order to take this course. I recommend it for parents going through a hostile divorce. It shows how easily kids can be adversely affected beyond just the action of the divorce itself but in how the parents handle the process. Some of the ways of mishandling it such that it hurts the kids are obvious, but some are not and quite helpful to take into account.
Perfect Fit For a Busy Schedule
After having searched for months to find a course local to me I was still unsuccessful. A friend found Court Ordered Classes and told me about it. The classes were a pot on and followed exactly the same guidelines as the ones I was taking previously. The staff is great and very attentive. The ability to do the classes online meant I could meet requirements and not have to miss work.... I hope everyone takes away as much as I have from this course.
